With the help of an amazing team, we will sit with our clients and listen to what they have to say about their plans - colours, themes, interests etc.  We love helping couples achieve their dream wedding with what we see as the starting point - Save the Date and Invitations.

The design will be unique for you (unless you really like the look of someone else's stuff!).  We have even printed things in French! We will submit proofs for you to look at and tweak if necessary.  Once approved, we will print the items which include: Save the Dates, Wedding Invitations, Order of Service, Menus, Place Cards, Table Plans, Table Names or Numbers, Guest Books and Favours

All designs can be further personalised with numerous styles of embellishments -Ribbons, Lace, Foiling, Letterpress, Diamante or Pearl. There is an extra charge for this but we feel our stationery stands out on its own!

"it's YOUR wedding day!" I understand the pressures put upon brides and grooms but you need to please yourself first.  Most will have a budget to adhere to.  Your Mum may say you need to invite so and so who you only see once in a while but at the expense of a friend you would rather invite.  If you can afford singing waiters, an ice sculpture of a giant swan or release 50 doves, great!  But just because your friend had them does not mean you have to.

We offer for hire sturdy 5ft & 6ft round banqueting tables, 5ft semi-circle tables, as well as 6ft and 8ft trestle tables.  To complement our tables, we provide the stunning wooden lime-washed "Chiavari" chairs, rustic "Cross Back" chairs, luxurious "Hilbre Banqueting" steel framed chairs and cost effective yet highly comfortable "Miami Bistro" chairs.  New to our range of tables and chairs are space saving bar stools and poseur tables suitable for garden parties, corporate events and exhibitions.  We can provide you with a range of LED light up letters and event lighting that totally transform any room or venue with an unlimited colour range to exactly match your theme.  From 2020 we've created our new rustic hire range which comprises of rustic cable reel tables with seats (which can also create a tall poseur table if placed on top of each other), rustic ice buckets, LOVE letters and rustic 6ft trestles tables.

For us, it's all about great customer service with fabulous prices.  We understand that you need an efficient, flexible service and importantly CLEAN equipment when it’s delivered to you.  Wirral Table and Chair Hire has become renowned in Wirral, Cheshire, North Wales and Merseyside with providing this exceptionally high standard. We wouldn’t have it any other way.  We don't just take a booking and turn up on the day - we will work with you every step of the way and remain in constant touch.  We'll deliver and collect when you want us to, even if that's either side of your special day, or out of normal office hours and we work every Saturday and Sunday too.  Most venues require the tables and chairs removed first thing the following morning to make way for their next booking, so you can be assured that we'll adhere to these requirements and collect on time, every time.  It's what we would want as a customer and it's exactly what we provide.  We're different when it comes to payment terms too - we ask for a £50 deposit for weddings and large events to secure the booking with the balance due only three days prior to delivery.  If you need to suddenly reduce the numbers due to guest cancellations, not a problem - we'll guarantee to invoice you on the final numbers we deliver on the day.  Why should you pay for equipment you don't need?  For private customers hosting garden/evening events, it's simply payment on delivery.  We can offer 30 payment terms to our corporate customers once a relationship has been allowed to flourish.  We are privileged to be the supplier of choice and work with a wide range of fantastic venues across Wirral, Cheshire, North Wales and Merseyside.

We're also not solely focused on hiring to big corporate clients, hotels or wedding venues.   If you want a couple of tables and a few chairs for Christmas, a family gathering, Sunday lunchtime roast, garden party, Christening or BBQ, we're here to help you.  Whether it's 1 table or 100, we're ready for you.  If you want to pop over to see the equipment and ask us for guidance before booking, we are delighted to arrange a time that's convenient to you.  We want you to be content and happy at the time of booking our equipment, not just when we arrive on your special day.

As an experienced humanist wedding celebrant, I can help you to make your day truly special. I will help you to create the ceremony you dreamed of, developing your ideas and finding ways to make them a reality.  

Whether you want the occasion to be fun and light hearted, serene and intimate or formal and decorous, I will provide you with my expertise and knowledge, with professionalism and calm, while we have some fun crafting your ceremony. However you want to express your commitment to one another, we will create a ceremony that allows you to do it in a way that reflects your personalities, your aspirations and your unique love for one another.

How will we get there? We will meet (maybe by Zoom or Skype); we will plan; we will discover symbolic acts that reflect what you want to say; I will draft and redraft until you have the perfect script; we will have a rehearsal. And then you will be the centre of a ceremony that is distinct, that could only be yours because you will have created it; it will be like none else’s as it will be all about your love and commitment and promises and hopes for a life together.

Simply drop me an email or text (07771595626) and we can arrange to meet – whether by Zoom/Skype or another way if you prefer. Once you decide that I am the person you want to lead your ceremony then you pay me a deposit and we start the fun of creating your ceremony.

Of course, in these extraordinary times, you want some security. So, if you book me before the end of July I will:

·       DEPOSIT FEE: commit your date to my diary for a deposit of only 25% of my fee.

·       Include one date change (due to covid-19) as times are so uncertain for all of us (subject to me being available on the revised date)

·       Offer you a reduced fee at 2019 prices.

Tip of the day

One thing is certain; this wedding is about you and that’s the way it should be. You may find that everyone wants a say about what the ceremony looks like. But, what do you want? Maybe you are not sure, which is why working with someone who is experienced in creating ceremonies unique to you is vital. Don’t try and please everyone; listen to your friends and families ideas, but at the end of the day, go with your heart, do what you really want to do, create a ceremony that reflects your personalities and aspirations for your relationship and marriage. Have the wedding that you will remember always as it was all about you and your love.

During this sad and unprecedented time weddings still need to be planned but I appreciate that it’s not easy for any client to come and visit me. I much prefer to meet clients face to face so that you can hold the albums and see the quality for yourselves.  As this is something we are unable to do at this present time I am more than happy to do video calls so you can see everything, chat with me personally and, ask questions too. 

Deposit

To secure your date, my deposit is normally £200 but I would be happy to accept £50 until we are able to meet in person.
