Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully because they govern your use of www.redeventweddingfayres.com (‘organiser’, site’). This site is owned by Red Event’s there for we may refer also as Red Event or Red Event Wedding Fayres.
By visiting, using or registering with the site, you as a user of the site (referred to as ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘user’, ‘exhibitor’) agree to be bound to these terms. if you do not agree to all these terms, please do not use the site or any services offered or accessed through the site. You agree that the Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Red Events and all use of the site or service by any and all users of the site and any services offered, therefore.
These terms also include the order terms set forth below. The terms of each service offered are incorporated by reference into and form a part of these terms.
Exhibitor Booking
Any booking form completed or agreement is a legally binding contract between the exhibitor and Red Event Wedding Fayres. If you are successful we will invoice you for a deposit of £75 (1 day event) £125 (2 day event) (deposit amount for a wedding fayre) or the full amount (as stated on this application form) which is to be paid immediately (via bacs, paypal or paying over the phone). If the payment is not received upon return of your invoice being sent we have the right to withdraw your booking confirmation without prior notice and re-issue. Bookings are only confirmed once your payment has been received and we are unable to reserve stands.
1. To apply for your stand return a booking form.
2. Invoices will show the services you may display on your stand or virtually on our site. Any other services you display, not agreed on acceptance of your application, may be immediately removed during the exhibition or on our site.
3. Full payment must be made on or before the booking & payment dates stated, non-payment will result in you losing your stand & deposit or listing of your business on our site.
4. Booking forms received after the stated booking /payment deadline date, payments and booking forms will need to be returned and paid upon return of your invoice being sent, non-payment will result in your stall or service being realised.
5. Final details will be sent during the week preceding the exhibition. The position of a stand on this guide is not part of the contract to exhibit and may be changed on the day of the event if for ANY reason the organiser deems it necessary.
6. No liability will attach to Red Event Management in respect of any loss, theft or damage for anything brought onto the site by the hirer or person coming onto the site at the request of the hirer.
7. The hirer will be responsible for loss, theft or damage to property at the premises or brought onto the site and for any injury to person, animals and things caused by or in consequences of any act or omission on the part of the hirer, its servants or agents and will keep Red Event Management indemnified in respect of any such loss, damage or injury.
8. The hirer is responsible for the removal of their waste during and after the event. Failure to do so will incur a £50 fine.
9. The hirer is responsible for any damage to the equipment, tablecloths and/or fittings.
10. All electrical equipment must be PAT tested.
10a: Exhibitors must comply to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 regulation and fire and safety regulations must be followed. Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.
11. The organisers will bear no liability whatsoever for Exhibitors, all persons employed or used by them, stock, money or possessions while travelling to, from or during the event. Exhibitors are urged to take out their own insurances.
12. Exhibitors are required to have and are responsible for their own public liability insurance and risk assessment.
13. The positioning of exhibitors within the exhibition is at the absolute discretion of the organiser.
14. On no account shall a business display another business on its stand without express permission of the organiser.
15. In the interest of Health and Safety, stands should be manned at all times whilst the show is open and should not be dismantled until closing time or by express permission of the organiser.
Abandonment or postponement:
1.If an abandonment, postponement, relocation or limitation of the event occurs of, any restriction on the use of the premises or any part thereof, or any failure of the services provided therein, the exhibitor or their agents/contractors shall have no claim whatsoever against the Organiser in respect of any resulting loss or damage and the exhibitor’s liabilities to the organiser shall not in any way be affected.
2. The organiser accepts no responsibility if delivery of goods and materials or the execution of work is held up or prevented by any cause beyond their control, including without liability the generality of the following:
a. Strike, lock-out, labour disturbance or restriction, dieses, natural disaster, war;
b. Failure by the Exhibitor, his agents or contractors to give instructions or supply the necessary stand plans in due time.
Payments / Cancellations
All prices and amounts shown on this Site or advised by Red Event are in Great Britsh Pounds (GBP), unless otherwise noted. All prices set forth on the Site and stated herein are based on current costs and subject to change without notice and payment amounts and other terms may be subject to additional agreements between User and Red Event.
1. If a booking or service is cancelled for any reason, the payment is non-refundable.
2. If a cancellation is made less than one month prior to an event, the full amount is payable.
3. Payments are non-refundable or non-transferable to any other service.
4. Payments are due immediately from the day of your invoice being sent. If unreceived we have the right to withdraw your booking/service.
5. If a show (virtual or venue) is postponed by Red Event for reasons outside of its control then an alternative venue/date will be offered and Red Event shall retain any monies received and the Exhibitor shall be liable for the full amount provided an alternative stand is offered 'like for like’. If a show is cancelled by Red Event for reasons outside of its control and with no alternative offered then the Exhibitor shall be entitled to a full refund.
Online Wedding Fayre
1. To apply for your listing in the online wedding fayre or recommended supplier membership return a booking form. The booking form is a legally binding contract between the exhibitor and Red Event Wedding Fayres. If you are successful we will invoice you for the full amount (as stated on this application form) which is to be paid immediately (via bacs, paypal or paying over the phone). You may also pay online on our website. If the payment is not received upon return of your invoice being sent we have the right to withdraw your booking confirmation without prior notice and re-issue. Bookings are only confirmed once your payment has been received and we are unable to reserve online profile slots.
2. A preview of your website business listing will be sent to upto 7 days after we have received your payment. Please check all details carefully and advise if there are any changes required. As part of our online wedding fayre service we offer up to 2 amendments. We reserve the right to charge £20 for each additional proof sent after this. Please ensure if you are making amendments all changes are detailed in one email as this will help us design your feature page for you as quickly as possible.
3. Full payment must be made on or before the booking & payment dates stated, non-payment will result in you losing your online profile slot.
4. Booking forms received after the stated booking /payment deadline date payments and booking forms will need to be returned and paid upon return of your invoice being sent, non-payment will result in your online profile being realised.
5. Users are required to have and are responsible for their own public liability insurances.
6. The positioning of users within the online wedding fayre/site/recommended supplier listings is at the absolute discretion of the organiser.
7. All corrections for your online services must be sent by the day specified, sending amendments past this date could result in your listing not being amended.
8. We cannot change listings on the day of the online wedding fayre.
9. All bookings and payments must be paid at least 1 week prior to the online wedding fayre date. It takes time to set up listings so please apply for your featured listing as soon as possible
10. All details must be checked by you, we are not responsible for any mistakes and will not be held accountable/liable.
11. It is the responsibility of the suppliers to supply booking forms, images, video and any promotional wording or materials to Red Events and to also check the preview to ensure the listing is as required. We are not responsible if you have not checked listings or sent us materials in time. If a booking form is not received we have the right to set up a listing on your behalf and add in the appropriate information from your business sites.
Recommended Supplier Membership
1. To apply to become a recommended supplier for monthly or annual listings please return a booking form. The booking form is a legally binding contract between the supplier and Red Event Wedding Fayres. If you are successful we will invoice you for the full amount (as stated on this application form) which is to be paid immediately (via bacs, paypal or paying over the phone). You may also pay online on our website. If the payment is not received upon return of your invoice being sent we have the right to withdraw your booking confirmation without prior notice and re-issue. Bookings are only confirmed once your payment has been received and we are unable to reserve online profile slots. For recommended supplier membership your annual membership starts 7 days after you have made the payment so please ensure the booking form is completed within this time to maximise your exposure.
2. Invoices will show the services that we will feature.
3. Full payment must be made on or before the booking & payment dates stated, non-payment will result in you losing your online profile slot.
4. Booking forms received after the stated booking /payment deadline date payments and booking forms will need to be returned and paid upon return of your invoice being sent, non-payment will result in your recommended profile listing being realised to our waiting list of suppliers.
5. Exhibitors are required to have and are responsible for their own public liability insurances.
6. The positioning of listings within the recommended supplier page is at the absolute discretion of the organiser.
7. businesses will be sent a preview of the recommended supplier listings for you to approve. Please advise of all amendments. As a part of our design service we offer two amendments. We reserve the right to charge £20 design charge for each amendment after.
8. It is the responsibility of the suppliers to supply booking forms, images, video and any promotional wording or materials to Red Events and to also check the preview to ensure the listing is as required. We are not responsible if you have not checked listings or sent us materials in time. If a booking form is not received we have the right to set up a listing on your behalf and add in the appropriate information from your business sites.
The material provided by the customer:
All materials supplied to Red Event by the customer are held at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed and the customer should insure accordingly. Materials supplied by the customer Red Event may, at its absolute discretion, reject any advertising material supplied by the customer, which appears to be unsuitable. Additional cost incurred, if materials are found to be unsuitable during the process, may be charged. Where materials are so supplied or specified, the Publisher will take every care to secure the best results, but responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in or unsuitability of materials so supplied or specified.
Liability
Red Event shall not be liable for any loss to the customer arising from errors or delays in publication, or any service offered to the user.
Every effort will be made to ensure the best possible attendance for one day of our events (online or venue). Red Event shall engage in advertising campaigns in a variety of media including web, social media marketing, support from the venue and suppliers involved and Red Event’s database. Red Event cannot be held responsible for what may be construed as low attendance, which can be caused by a variety of incidents such as road works, accidents, weather conditions and a variety of unknown and uncontrollable circumstances.
Proofs
Proofs of all advertisements may be submitted for customers approval and Red Event shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted. Customers’ alterations and additional proofs necessitated thereby shall be charged extra. When style, type or layout is left to Red Events judgement, changes therefrom made by the customer shall be charged extra.
Database
We collect information from visitors at our wedding shows and fayres which conforms to The Data Protection Act 1998. The Act requires recipients of this information to process their personal data fairly and lawfully.
This means you are expected to:
have legitimate grounds for using personal data;
not use the data in ways that have unjustified adverse effects on the individuals concerned;
handle people's personal data only in ways they would reasonably expect; and
make sure you do not do anything unlawful with the data.
The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is the UK's independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies, including businesses and data privacy for individuals.

Privacy Policy
You confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Red Event Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable and satisfactory to you. You consent to the potential use of your personal information by Red Event, its third-party providers, and/or distributors in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set forth in the Red Event Privacy Policy. If you are not a resident of the United Kingdom, please note that the personal information you submit to the Site will be transferred to the United Kingdom and processed by Red Event in order to provide this Site and its services to you, or for such other purposes (as set forth in the Privacy Policy).
Amendment to these terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, alter, or modify these Terms at any time. You agree that we may modify the Terms and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. We will also endeavor to update the “last updated” date at the top of these terms upon such a modification. You agree to review these terms periodically to be aware of modifications. Continued access or use of the site and our services following such posting shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms except and to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
