Wirral Table and Chair Hire Limited are based in West Kirby. Simon & Sharron are the husband and wife owners and when required, we utilise the help from our two teenage kids Amy & Harry as the Company goes from strength to strength. We offer for hire sturdy 5ft & 6ft round banqueting tables, 5ft semi-circle tables, as well as 6ft and 8ft trestle tables. To complement our tables, we provide the stunning wooden lime-washed "Chiavari" chairs, rustic "Cross Back" chairs, luxurious "Hilbre Banqueting" steel framed chairs and cost effective yet highly comfortable "Miami Bistro" chairs. New to our range of tables and chairs are space saving bar stools and poseur tables suitable for garden parties, corporate events and exhibitions. We can provide you with a range of LED light up letters and event lighting that totally transform any room or venue with an unlimited colour range to exactly match your theme. From 2020 we've created our new rustic hire range which comprises of rustic cable reel tables with seats (which can also create a tall poseur table if placed on top of each other), rustic ice buckets, LOVE letters and rustic 6ft trestles tables.
For us, it's all about great customer service with fabulous prices. We understand that you need an efficient, flexible service and importantly CLEAN equipment when it’s delivered to you. Wirral Table and Chair Hire has become renowned in Wirral, Cheshire, North Wales and Merseyside with providing this exceptionally high standard. We wouldn’t have it any other way. We don't just take a booking and turn up on the day - we will work with you every step of the way and remain in constant touch. We'll deliver and collect when you want us to, even if that's either side of your special day, or out of normal office hours and we work every Saturday and Sunday too. Most venues require the tables and chairs removed first thing the following morning to make way for their next booking, so you can be assured that we'll adhere to these requirements and collect on time, every time. It's what we would want as a customer and it's exactly what we provide. We're different when it comes to payment terms too - we ask for a £50 deposit for weddings and large events to secure the booking with the balance due only three days prior to delivery. If you need to suddenly reduce the numbers due to guest cancellations, not a problem - we'll guarantee to invoice you on the final numbers we deliver on the day. Why should you pay for equipment you don't need? For private customers hosting garden/evening events, it's simply payment on delivery. We can offer 30 payment terms to our corporate customers once a relationship has been allowed to flourish. We are privileged to be the supplier of choice and work with a wide range of fantastic venues across Wirral, Cheshire, North Wales and Merseyside.
We're also not solely focused on hiring to big corporate clients, hotels or wedding venues. If you want a couple of tables and a few chairs for Christmas, a family gathering, Sunday lunchtime roast, garden party, Christening or BBQ, we're here to help you. Whether it's 1 table or 100, we're ready for you. If you want to pop over to see the equipment and ask us for guidance before booking, we are delighted to arrange a time that's convenient to you. We want you to be content and happy at the time of booking our equipment, not just when we arrive on your special day.
