I was extremely impressed with how well the event was organised from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, the communication leading up to the fayre was excellent, and the venue was set up brilliantly for both suppliers and visiting couples. The event was very well attended, and there was a steady flow of engaged couples throughout the day. As a wedding photographer, I was particularly pleased with the number of genuine enquiries I received and the quality of conversations I was able to have with couples who are actively planning their weddings. It was clear that a great deal of effort had gone into promoting the event, and that was reflected in the attendance and overall atmosphere on the day. My experience with Red Events Wedding Fayres has been great from start to finish. It was my first event with my new business (Happylife Studio Body Contouring) and the team made it really easy and were happy to answer all of my questions. The Important Stuff. (Booking & Payment Terms):

To apply for a stand please ask for our online booking form which all exhibitors are required to complete. A £75 deposit (1-day event) or £125 deposit (2-day event) is required to confirm your booking and the final amount is due two months before our 2026 wedding fayres.

Please note the deposit is due upon return of your invoice being sent to confirm your booking, we are unable to reserve stands. Stands are sold first come first serve and bookings are only confirmed once your deposit/payment and completed booking form has been received. Please click here to refer to our t&c’s for further information. Deposits and payments are NON-refundable or transferable. However, in the case of an unlikely postponement by Red Event, exhibitor bookings will automatically be transferred to the next date available date at the venue booked.

Categories are limited, so we recommend you book your stand early to avoid disappointment. If a category list is full, businesses can ask to be added to our cancellation list.

Please bring a tablecloth with you to all Fayres, apart from Thorntoon Hall as these are not provided for.

Exhibitors are welcome to attend multiple events with us. Early booking is recommended as we cap similar category types and sell out quickly due to high demand.
We cap similar category types at 10% and where possible we make sure offerings are different from each other.
Our exhibit costs are competitive, starting from only £119 - £195 for our one day events and from £345 for our two day events. This fee covers the quality of our showcase and extensive marketing efforts for each event.
We have an extensive marketing plan and are experts in this field. We spread the word about our fayres in lots of ways! We're big on social media, so you'll see our adverts there. Plus, we work with Google Ads to make sure everyone knows what's going on. You'll find us all over the internet, and our website is packed with information about our fayres. For our larger fayres we offer radio advertising too!
Absolutely! You're welcome to provide entertainment or music at your stand. Please let us know beforehand if you want to perform, as we will allocate 15-minute performance slots every hour throughout the day. Just ensure the volume is at a level where suppliers can chat comfortably.
While no bookings are guaranteed, wedding fayres offer valuable networking opportunities and brand exposure. Follow our "Wedding Fayre Guide" to optimise your experience. Remember, exhibitors often secure bookings weeks or even months after the event. Use your time wisely, plan ahead and extract maximum value from the experience. Simply engage in conversation by asking about their wedding plans. Find common ground and avoid being overly pushy. Genuine interest goes a long way in building connections.
Wear an outfit that reflects your personality and makes you feel confident. Comfortable shoes are a must since you'll be on your feet.
No, tables and chairs are provided at all our fayres. Additionally, tablecloths are provided at most fayres, except at Trentham Gardens and Nantwich Civic Hall, where you'll need to bring your own.
Supplier set up is usually from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The fayres are open to attendees from 12 PM to 3 PM. We recommend you arrive early to relax, have a cup of tea and meet your fellow exhibitors.
We require the booking at least 6 weeks before the show. However, as most shows tend to sell out and we cap similar category types, we highly recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
We do not sell pre-allocated stand locations and a bespoke site plan is created for each event.
While stands are located at the discretion of the organiser, we ensure they are allocated fairly to benefit all suppliers. We create a layout that maximises exposure and opportunities for all exhibitors.
We take into account all stand requirements and set up styles and ensure that companies that offer similar services are not next to or opposite one another.
On your booking form you can request where you would like your stand to be located, for example if you need a corner space or to be against a wall for your stand to look its best. We will take this all into consideration when creating the floor plan
Yes, of course! You're welcome to bring your own setup. When filling out your booking form, please indicate that you prefer "space only, no table," and we'll ensure you have the necessary space without a table.
Unfortunately, deposits and any payments are strictly non-refundable. We understand the importance of flexibility, but as we have overhead costs that are already paid in advance, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit vouchers.
Choosing the right fayre for your business can be crucial. We recommend considering factors such as the demographics of attendees, the location of the fayre, and what type of bride and groom are your client. If you're unsure please reach out to us for personalised recommendations based on your business needs and target market.
Approximately 10-15% of our visitors are getting married at the venue where the fayre is being held.
When you find one that works for you, do it as often as you can or can afford. The right wedding fayres can form a strong part of your marketing strategy, so it’s good to factor that in and set some money aside to invest in showcasing.
A Pop-up space is bespoke depending on what the business requires. If you would like a space larger than a double stand we recommend booking a popup as it's more cost effective.
This works well for bridal shops (some venues even have changing rooms), venue styling of a large area, catering or if you have large items that won’t fit on a double stand.
