I have been making cakes for 15 years now and I absolutely love creating wedding cakes, it is so incredible to be chosen to be a part of a couple's big day and I love coming up with new designs to make a showstopping centerpiece for that all-important "cake cutting" photo! And they taste great too!!!

Based on the Shropshire border, I cover all parts of Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.

Top Tip!

Think about your venue when deciding on the style of cake - a butter creamed cake will not survive for hours in a very hot marquee, but would be very happy in a cool room in a manor house or air-conditioned hotel
