Hi, I’m Natalie! After seven years working in the events industry, I launched Perfect Day Weddings following the joy of planning my own celebration in June 2023. I know firsthand how important the details are, and my goal is to provide a planning experience that is as attentive as it is personal.

My process is simple: the focus is always on you. I work closely with your suppliers to champion your vision, ensuring every detail reflects your personality. From 'Full Planning' for those who don’t know where to start, to 'Partial Planning' for couples who just need help tying up loose ends, I am here to ensure your day runs smoothly and feels exactly like the day of your dreams.

I start to write a review for Natalie and then I’m lost for words at the quality of the service she provided and then I stop again because I never know where to start. It didn’t even feel like a service and she genuinely makes you feel more than a customer. She wants to make the day so perfect for you and that’s what she did for me. She is the most kind, caring and lovely person I’ve met and I’m so lucky i found her. She went above and beyond and I cannot recommend having Natalie on your special day. This is the first time I’ve written a review for someone. Natalie gives you so much of her time, her communication exceeded my expectation and what she did for us. From helping with the decor, to the table plan, helping my mum and dad, collecting the drinks and even MC’ing.. you name it! She never said no. The best decision of wedding planning was booking with Perfect Day Weddings!
We booked Natalie a bit panicked after our 6-month meeting with our venue, where we were feeling a bit unsure as to how much they would help/do for us on the day or how much would get left to the bridal party to sort. From our first initial consultation call with Natalie, she reassured us completely that she would do whatever jobs we wanted, whether they were typical of a planner/coordinator or not & we knew instantly it was the right choice to book her.
We went for the silver package- day of coordination, but it wasn’t only on the day, from the 4 weeks before Natalie did so much for us, visited the venue with us, spoke with all our suppliers & chased them up on required forms, she gave us tips and advice & brought great vibes sharing in our excitement.
On the day of our wedding, we couldn’t have asked for more. Natalie went above and beyond for us, making sure everything was perfect. From start to finish the day was flawless, not one thing went wrong- at least not that we know of & a huge part of that was having Natalie there supporting us. Gold package - Partial planning, if you've booked some vendors but need some support and making sure nothing's been forgotten about. This also includes on the day coordination.

Platinum - Full planning package. I can source your venue, all suppliers, oversee the budget and make sure everything runs smoothly. This also includes on the day coordination.
