📞 We're Hiring: Remote Telesales Specialist (Part-Time/Flexible)
Red Event Wedding Fayres is on the lookout for a talented Telesales Specialist to join our friendly, award-winning team!
Do you love connecting with people, have a warm and confident phone manner, and enjoy flexible work you can do from home? This role could be perfect for you.
📝 About the Role:
This is a freelance / self-employed, remote telesales position working approximately 5 hours per week, split across 2–3 days. You’ll work closely with our business owner to promote and sell stand space to wedding suppliers across our vibrant calendar of wedding shows across the North West.
Our event seasons run from September to November and January to May, with a summer break. Immediate start available following a trial period and performance review.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Call potential and existing clients about exhibiting at our wedding fayres.
Answer supplier questions and explain our event services clearly.
Understand exhibitor needs and help them find the right fit.
Keep records of calls, leads, and customer interest.
Maintain an organised follow-up system via diary and email.
Offer non-pushy, friendly service that reflects our brand’s values.
Provide daily/weekly updates to the business owner.
✅ About You:
Previous telesales or customer service experience is essential.
Friendly, professional phone manner (UK accent preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage time well, take initiative and work independently.
Knowledge of the wedding industry or North West region is a bonus.
Comfortable using Excel and updating databases.
Must be self-employed and able to invoice monthly.
💷 Pay:
A monthly payment will be made upon receipt of an invoice. Rate to be discussed upon application.
